SSRS RDLC and sql server store procedured return paginated data

i have seen when people work with SSRS RDLC then they bind full data with report. i think this kind of approach decrease performance. so guide me how could i pass suppose 20 records at a time to report and when user click on ssrs navigation link then i will fetch next 20 records. can anyone tell me how could i bind my report this way ?

is it possible ?
