A couple users do not see the printer icon when the SSRS report is called up via url. One user has IE11 and another user has windows 10 Edge browser. All other users with IE11 have no problem. How can I fix this? I tried installing the latest .Net 4.5.1 on server and also added a .browser file into the App_Browsers folder as one site suggested but neither worked. Any ideas?
