best way to send a rdlc directly to user's default printer

In an ASP.Net 4.0 C# Web Application, what is the best way to send a rdlc directly to user's default printer and also make a pdf file of the rdlc and store it on the fileserver?

I don't want the user to waste time with the report view control. The report viewer control takes time for the report to come up, then the user has to click on the icon to save a pdf, then select the folder on the fileserver to save the pdf, also there is no print icon on the report viewer control so that is another problem I want to avoid.
