how to manually design in table in reportviewer

ow to manually using table value in reportviewer,

exp:


i need default row is 5 (5 row),when bind the table value it bind the default row,

if there is only one row ,balance 4 row is showing in empty or blank .

how can it is possible,,,in reportviewer table..
